Characteristics

Elastic system which maintains the winter covers on  surface of your swimming pool. The elastic system will allow the winter cover to go down and to reach the  water level lowered during winter. In spring, the elastic system will raise the winter cover on surface of your swimming pool, which will ease drying and storage of the cover.
